Tenderizing Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper in a glass jar.
Shake and mix well.
Pour over meat and let marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
