Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans water chestnuts
2 c. celery
2 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked rice
4 c. chopped chicken
Preparation
-
Warm soup; add other ingredients.
Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, add crushed potato chips on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
(Freezes well.)
