Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen breaded chicken tenders
    1 (10 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental vegetables
Preparation
    Prepare chicken tenders according to package directions. Place tenders in large skillet. Add sweet and sour sauce, pineapple and vegetables. Heat, covered, and simmer 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
