Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Preparation

Blend Crisco and sugar; add eggs and remaining ingredients. Do not grease cookie sheets.
Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet (several inches apart).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Frost cookie while still hot.
