Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 c. oleo
    4 c. water
    6 c. diced potatoes
    2 lb. cut up fish
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. whole milk
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In kettle brown onion in oleo. Add water and bring to boil. Add potatoes; cook 10 minutes.
    Add fish and lemon juice.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley.
