Christmas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
    1 c. pecans, chopped coarse
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped to a peak with 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix nuts, baking powder and crackers and fold into beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool well.
    Cover with whipped cream.
    Refrigerate overnight.
