Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

1 lb. pork shoulder, cubed
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. water
1 c. pineapple chunks
3/4 c. pineapple juice and water
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. apple vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Make batter with egg, flour, salt and 4 Tbsp. water. Salt and pepper the pork and coat with batter. Fry until brown on all sides. Simmer with a little water, covered, for about 1 hour.
