Very Low-Fat Eight Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 oz. yolk-free noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    1 c. shredded nonfat Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook turkey until brown.
    Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, basil, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
