Uncle Ken'S Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. beer
1/2 c. flour
8 soda crackers, rolled fine
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine and beat well.
Mixture will thicken as it sets.
Add beer or more finely rolled crackers for correct consistency. Should coat finger when testing.
