Rice Malange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme, undiluted
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; stir well.
    Pour into slightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
    Makes 8 servings.
