Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. finely chopped carrots
    1 c. well-drained, crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs until well mixed.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
