Chicken Breasts Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper
    4 chicken breasts, deboned
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 sticks margarine or 1 c. oil (I mix half each)
Preparation
    Dip salted and peppered chicken (I cut mine into bite size pieces) into flour and then egg (I add a little milk to the egg mixture).
    Roll in mixed bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Fry over low heat about 10 minutes.
