Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mullet
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped ginger
    3 Tbsp. chopped chung choy (salted cabbage)
    Chinese parsley
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Scale and clean the fish.
    Sprinkle salt over the fish and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Place fish in shallow pan.
    Combine sugar, oil and shoyu.
    Pour over fish.
    Garnish with Chinese parsley and lemon wedges.
