Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. roll sausage
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large carrot, grated or finely chopped
    1 rib celery, grated or finely chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Add 1/4 cup water to carrots and celery.
    Microwave 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
    Saute onions and garlic in oil.
    Set aside.
    Brown sausage in large saucepan.
    Drain.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cook until bubbly, stirring occasionally.
    If too thick add additional water.
