Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 medium bunch celery, diced
1 c. tomato soup
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Cut meat into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour.
Heat slow cooker.
Add vegetable oil. When hot, put in meat and cook until done.
Add onion, celery, pepper, tomato soup and water. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
If desired, thicken gravy by adding cornstarch.
