Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 pkg. dry original Ranch dressing
    1/2 bunch cauliflower, chopped
    1/2 bunch broccoli, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Pat 2 packages of crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet.
    Bake crescent rolls at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 13 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing and mayo together.
    Add 1/2 of chopped vegetables to mixture.
    Spread onto cooled crust.
    Sprinkle remaining vegetables on top and pat down.
