Oatmeal-Cheesecake-Cranberry Bars - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oatmeal and brown sugar. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs. Press remaining crumbs into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
