Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 small jar or can sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked, well drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook and
stir\tmeats until brown.
Drain off fat.
Add tomatoes, break
up with a fork.
Stir in tomato paste, garlic salt, oregano, basil and mushrooms.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce
heat
and
simmer
20 minutes.
Preheat oven to
350\u00b0.
Stir
together
cottage
cheese,
1/2
cup\tof Parmesan.
Set aside
1
1/2 cups of meat sauce and 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella cheese.\tIn
an\tungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, alternate\tlayers\tof
noodles, meat sauce, remaining Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese mixture.\tSpread reserved meat sauce over top.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle
reserved cheese over lasagne.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
