Golden Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
    1 egg, beaten
    all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 envelope Golden herb with lemon soup mix
    1 c. water
    4 lemon slices
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg, then flour.
    In a 12-inch skillet, melt butter and brown chicken over medium heat for 4 minutes, turning once.
    Mix soup mix with water and stir in skillet.
    Arrange lemon slices on chicken, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, covered, or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done.
    Makes 4 servings.
