Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. Velveeta, shredded
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix other ingredients and melt in microwave. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
