Peachy Pork Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork loin or city chicken
    taco seasoning
    8 oz. jar salsa
    4 Tbsp. peach preserves
Preparation
    Cut pork into cubes and coat with taco seasoning; brown in a little oil.
    Add salsa and preserves to skillet, stirring to mix well.
    Cover skillet and lower heat, simmering gently for 15 minutes or a little longer.
    Serve over rice.
