Pork Sausage Gravy And Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. spicy sausage
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. Southern style biscuits, baked
Preparation
    Cook sausage in medium saucepan until browned.
    Drain off fat, leaving about 2 tablespoons. Stir in flour.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Gradually whisk in milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot biscuits.
