Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice, washed
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    extra margarine
Preparation
    Grease dish with margarine.
    Add the 1 cup washed raw rice and 2 cans beef consomme.
    Saute onion in the 4 tablespoons margarine and pour on top of rice, soup mixture.
    Drain can of mushrooms and put on top.
    Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
