Carol'S Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) loaf French bread
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
    Press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
    Set aside; saute onion and garlic in butter in a small skillet over medium heat until tender.
    Combine onion mixture, spinach, Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese; stir well.
    Slice bread in half horizontally.
    Spread spinach mixture evenly on cut sides of bread; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 8 servings.
