Chicken Divan Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3 Tbsp. chopped sweet red pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk chicken, drained
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Combine rice, water and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High 5 minutes.
    Cook, covered, at Medium-high (70% power) for 12 minutes, or until rice is tender.
    Cool.
