Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. loosely packed parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 (19 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. tahini
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
3 Tbsp. additional olive oil (to garnish)
paprika and olives (to garnish)
Preparation

Mince parsley in food processor; set aside.
Drop garlic through feeding tube while machine is running.
Process until well minced.
Add chickpeas, 2/3 cup olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin and pepper.
Process until smooth.
Spoon into serving bowl; drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with olives.
