Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    celery
    carrots
    broccoli
    mushrooms
    snow peas
    zucchini
    green pepper
    oil
    black pepper
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut all vegetables in small, but not tiny, pieces.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
    Stir by frying onion, carrots and broccoli until 1/2 done.
    Add celery, mushrooms, zucchini, green pepper and snow peas.
    Fry and stir until cooked, but still crunchy.
    Season with black pepper and soy sauce.
