Irish Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large pan or bowl (spaghetti pot).
    Knead with hands or mixer on low. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes (or until baked through).
