Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    oregano
    basil
    crushed red pepper
    salt
    2 c. tomatoes, drained (1 big jar)
    2 large (16 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    2 small paste
    2 large cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Saute beef until brown.
    Pour of fat.
    Add onions, pepper, garlic and spices.
    Mix well.
    When onion and pepper are tender, stir in tomatoes, sauce and paste.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil. Break up tomatoes with a fork.
    Cover and simmer slowly until thick and flavors blend, about 40 minutes.
    Add beans.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until hot.
