Prime Ribs Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. rib beef roast (first cut and oven ready)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    garlic cloves, peeled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Have roast at refrigerator or room temperature.
    Make small cuts in meat beside fat with small, sharp paring knife.
    Insert garlic cloves.
    Stir together salt, pepper, mustard and paprika. Rub over cut surface and fat of meat.
