Mom'S Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 jar Zesty Italian dressing
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Bath potatoes in Italian dressing.
    Refrigerate overnight or a couple of hours.
    Combine potatoes, onions, celery seed, salt and pepper; toss lightly.
    Add celery and eggs.
    Mix sour cream, mayo, vinegar and mustard; mix well.
    Pour over potatoes and toss lightly.
    Chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
