White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. butter
2 c. raisins
12 to 16 oz. mixed fruits
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
almonds and walnuts (for topping)
Preparation

First simmer raisins for about 30 minutes.
Drain and cool. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Combine flour and whipped cream alternately.
Add fruits, raisins and nuts.
Place in tube pan, greased, and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Cool, wrap and store.
