Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 (15 oz.) can LeSueur peas
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 Pillsbury pie crust
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually stir in broth.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add chicken and vegetables. Heat until bubbling.
    Pour into a large casserole, 2 1/2 to 3-quart.
    Top with pie crust; vent.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
