Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 egg whites
3/4 c. bourbon
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
8 egg yolks
Preparation

Beat egg whites; add sugar;
beat egg yolks until light in color and fluffy.
Fold egg
yolks\tinto egg white mixture. Fold in bourbon.
Beat whipping\tcream; fold into egg mixture. Serve immediately with nutmeg on top of each glass.
