Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 egg yolks
    1 can coconut
    1 c. pecans
    5 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oleo, oil and egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well.
    Combine milk, soda and add flour alternately to sugar and oil.
    Beat egg whites stiff; add, mixing well.
    Add vanilla, nuts and coconut.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes in 3 (9-inch) cake pans.
