Chicken A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer, cut up
    salt, pepper, paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/8 c. sherry
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Roll pieces in flour.
    Line a shallow casserole with foil.
    Put chicken in lined pan.
    Sprinkle onion, green pepper and mushrooms over chicken.
    In saucepan, mix orange juice, sherry, brown sugar and salt.
    Add water and cornstarch.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
