Squash Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked squash
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil or melted butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix squash, milk and oil and combine with dry mixture.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
