Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, pared and sliced
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Stir together apples, nuts and sugar.
    Let stand, stirring often until juicy, about 1 hour.
    Stir together flour, soda, salt and spices.
    Add apple mixture and stir well.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Add eggs.
    Turn into 2 loaf pans that have been well-greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until test is done.
    Cool on pan 10 minutes and turn out onto rack.
