Easy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion
    1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until clear.
    Add chicken, soup and Ro-Tel; simmer 15 minutes.
    Crumble tortilla chips and place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour chicken mixture on top.
    Cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
