Stroganoff Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, seasoned salt and paprika.
    Coat pork chops. Brown chops in a lightly greased skillet; drain.
    Combine gravy mix and water as called for on package.
    Pour over chops.
    Add onions.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and simmer 15 minutes longer.
    Remove pork chops to serving platter.
    Add mushrooms and sour cream to gravy.
    Combine thoroughly.
    Heat through; pour over chops.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
