Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices stale bread, cubed
1 lb. crab meat (regular; you can use backfin or claw)
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (full ones)
1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation

Mix stale bread and crab meat together.
Blend remaining ingredients together and then fold into the crab mixture.
Make patties or cakes.
Deep fry until golden brown at 375\u00b0.
