Vegetable Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayo
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
crushed Ritz crackers (approximately 1/2 c. or more)
Preparation

Cook vegetables and drain well.
Press water out with paper towels. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 deliciously.
