Lobster Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lobster meat
    1 c. crab meat or haddock
    1 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with ground bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in a hot oven, 400\u00b0, for 15 to 30 minutes.
