Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim fat from the chops and heat the fat in a skillet.
When you have about 2 tablespoons of fat, remove the trimmings.
Brown chops in fat and season with salt and pepper.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 to 60 minutes or until the chops are done.
