Spaetzle(A Perfect Accompaniment To Bavarian Casserole Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 c water
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add to mixed dry ingredients.
    Add water.
    Drop mixture into boiling water to cook.
    To make spaetzle, I use an old metal pie pan that has 3/8 inch holes drilled into the bottom.
    I spray it with Pam and place it over the saucepan of boiling water and use a flat spatula to force the dough through the holes.
    This makes nice round little spaetzle.
    Remove to cold water to stop the cooking process until you are ready to serve.
