Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
3 tbsp molasses
1 1/2 c mashed cooked pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
unbaked pastry for 9 inch pie crust
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 6-8 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 50-60 minutes longer.
