Calcium Kick Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. nonfat powdered milk
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 ripe banana, sliced
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
    (602 mg calcium, 1 g fat)
