Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. strong coffee
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans beans (1 lb. each)
    6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix the brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, salt and
    coffee.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    In a 12-inch casserole, layer the beans, sliced onion and half of the sauce.
    Repeat. Top with bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Beans will keep moist and warm for several hours if covered with foil and left in a 200\u00b0 oven.
