Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Blend eggs, honey, oil and vanilla until thick and lemon colored.
Sift dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture, alternating with zucchini.
Fold in nuts.
Divide mixture between 2 buttered and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool inverted on cake rack.
