Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla and butter, in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Continue to boil until ingredients reach soft ball stage (approximately 224\u00b0 to 226\u00b0 in Roswell). Remove saucepan from heat.
Let ingredients stand until they reach 100\u00b0.
Beat until fudge turns dull.
Quickly add butter and vanilla.
Then pour fudge into greased pan.
